DJ said I needed a picture.....

Hells to the yeah!!! How perfect is this?!?!?! :) And i don't think they were even thinking of triathlons when they made that image, it was just supposed to be about strength lol

Some abbreviations used:

IM - Ironman - ~154 lengths of the pool, 112 mile bike ride, 26.2 mile run.

HIM - Half Ironman - ~80 lengths of the pool, 56 mile bike ride, 13.1 mile run.

SBR - Swim, Bike, Run

PM - Pumpkinman - my first HIM, on 10/21/2012.

CdA - Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, stands for my first Ironman (paid for), 6/23/13.

6/23/13 - See above.

MM - minutes per mile.

MPH - miles per hour.

Group class - group workout class at the gym, i.e. TurboKick, Zumba, Spin, BodyPump.

Trainer - device that lets you use your outside bike inside.
